Cinnamon Zucchini Bread

2 1/3 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup sour cream

3 cups zucchini

1 package cinnamon chips

Topping

2 tbls sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

Grease 2 loaf pans

combine flour, baking soda cinnamon, and salt

whisk to combine

in large bowl beat sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix in vanilla and sour cream beat to combine

add dry ingredients to wet

mix to combine

mix in zucchini and cinnamon chips just till combined

divide between pans

combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top

bake 50-60 minutes

cool 5 minutes then remove from pans

cool on wire rack completely

slice and enjoy

  1. If I don’t want to bake this and have dirty dishes can I buy a loaf somewhere? Rumor in the yummy world also mentions apple cake…what’s up with that? How can your whole family be so photogenic, and that video graphic production guy really Rocks!!
